- The substrate must be firm, load-bearing, free of frost, dust, dirt and mortar residue.
- The substrate may be slightly damp.

- Laying a horizontal barrier using the drill hole method:
Drill holes: Borehole diameter 18 mm; inclination 25°; height offset 10 cm; borehole spacing 12 cm
The boreholes can be drilled in one or two rows, depending on the condition of the masonry and the degree of moisture penetration. For saturation moisture levels above 75 %, the horizontal barrier must be installed in two rows. If possible, cross a bed joint. - Fill drill holes in masonry with loose mortar filling, open joints, cavities and cracks with INTRASIT BLS 54TR. Re-drill after a short time. Continuously refill drill holes with INTRASIT VK 10A until saturated.
- Alternatively, INTRASIT VK 10A can be injected at low pressure (up to a maximum of 10 bar) using packers and suitable machine technology. Then fill the drill holes with INTRASIT BLS 54TR.
- Exterior waterproofing of masonry or concrete:
Repeated application of INTRASIT VK 10A andsel fresh in fresh. Apply with a surface brush or tassel.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with water.
Notes
- Not suitable for exposed brickwork and facades.
- Up to a maximum of 60 % wall moisture.
- Observe WTA data sheets, in particular WTA data sheet 4-10 "Injection procedure with certified injection materials against capillary moisture transport".
