Properties/tests
- The substrate must be firm, load-bearing, free of frost, dust, dirt and mortar residue.
Pretreatment
- Prime the substrate with INTRASIT Aquarol 10A. Alternatively, pre-wet to such an extent that the substrate is matt-moist at the time of application.

Processing
- Slowly sprinkle INTRASIT SM 54Z into clear water in a clean mixing vessel while stirring vigorously until a paste-like and lump-free compound is formed.
- Recommended mixing ratios:
Sprayed mortar:
25 kg INTRASIT SM 54Z + 3.5 l water + 1 kg HADALAN HE 10D
Blocking mortar:
25 kg INTRASIT SM 54Z + 4.0 l water
Civil engineering mortar:
25 kg INTRASIT SM 54Z + 3.0 l water + 1 l IMBERAL BES 10B
Repair mortar:
25 kg INTRASIT SM 54Z + 3.0 l water + 1 kg HADALAN HE 10D - Apply the mortar within 30 minutes using the usual tools.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with water.
Notes
- Maintain a processing temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
- Observe a processing time of 30 minutes.
