Properties
INTRASIT® SE-SF 70A is a diffusible, highly opaque organo-silicate paint with a multifunctional anti-mold effect. The product is equipped with a combination of active ingredients that provides the paint film with lasting protection against microbial infestation. Due to capillary conductivity and the very good water vapor diffusion behavior, in combination with the hahne renovation system, the surface moisture is significantly reduced. The high alkalinity of the paint, the building material substrate and the system product INTRASIT® SE-SB 10D as a primer, eliminates the breeding ground for mold- breathable

Properties/tests
- The substrate must be clean, grease-free and sound.
Pretreatment
- Prime absorbent, mineral substrates with INTRASIT SE-SB 10D.

Processing
- Apply INTRASIT SE-SF 70A in thin coats with a brush, roller or trowel.
- Apply the first coat diluted with approx. 20 % water and the second coat undiluted.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with water.
Notes
- Maintain a processing temperature of +5 °C to +35 °C.
- Observe the relevant regulations for dealing with mold-contaminated surfaces, such as the “Guidelines for the search for causes and remediation of mold growth indoors (Federal Environment Agency)", or the ”Recommendations for the remediation of indoor areas infested with mold (Baden-Württemberg State Health Office)"
- For color design, INTRASIT SFG 70A can be tinted with a tinting paint suitable for silicate paints shortly before starting work. The maximum quantity to be added is 10 %.
