Pretreatment
- The surfaces or areas to be sealed must be cleaned of loose particles. Remove lime-cement, lime, and gypsum plaster. For dry substrates that require repair, pre-wet them thoroughly.

- Do not process at air, material and substrate temperatures below +5 °C.
Processing
- Widespread water ingress:
Mix INTRASIT® Rasant 55Z and INTRASIT® DS1 54Z. Recommended mixing ratio: 1:1 to 1:3 by weight.
Immediately slurry the affected areas. Seal breakthrough points with pure INTRASIT® Rasant 55Z, then compact with water.
Apply INTRASIT® DS1 54Z to the area two to three times. - Point-shaped water ingress:
Chisel out the water ingress in a dovetail shape. Mix INTRASIT® Rasant 55Z with water and press it in. Finally, apply a slurry coating to the entire area.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
- Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Notes
- Do not apply below +5 °C.
- Work fresh-in-fresh.
