Properties
INTRASIT® PU-Injekt 12P is a 2-component, low-viscosity polyurethane resin with strengthening and anti-corrosive properties. A uniform pore structure is formed on contact or mixing with water. It is waterproof and increases the elasticity of the material.- 2-component

Properties/tests
- The substrates must be load-bearing and free of frost, oil, grease and dust. Record the course of the crack to determine the drill hole arrangement. Inject water into dry cracks beforehand. Damp the crack surface if necessary.

Processing
- Components A + B are mixed homogeneously in a suitable container using a drill and stirring paddle. The mixing time is at least 2 minutes.
- INTRASIT PU-Injekt 12P is mainly injected under pressure using a hand lever press or suitable pump systems.
- Place injection packers alternately left and right along the crack flanks at a distance of approx. 5 – 7 cm.
- Seal cracks on the surface with INTRASIT Rasant 55Z fast-setting reaction mortar.
- Apply the product within 1.5 hours of mixing.
Drying / Hardening
- INTRASIT PU-Injekt 12P hardens without shrinkage. Re-grouting of the crack structure is not necessary.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with HADALAN EPV 38L.
Notes
- Do not apply below +5 °C.
- Use HADALAN MBH 12E to achieve friction-locked joints.
- Observe WTA data sheets.
- Stop flowing water by injecting INTRASIT PU-Aquastop 11P.
- Bituminous coatings, plastic or bituminous rubber sheeting are not damaged by INTRASIT PU-Injekt 12P.
- Steel and iron are not attacked by the polyurethane resin. It acts as a corrosion inhibitor.
