Properties
INTRASIT® PU-Aquastop 11P is a polyurethane resin that reacts to moisture. When it comes into contact with water, it reacts during free foaming with a 30 to 60-fold increase in volume.- single-component

- Determine the course of the crack before starting work. The cracks or cavities to be sealed must contain moisture. Pre-inject with water if necessary. Holes are drilled on both sides along the course of the crack to accommodate the injection material. The distance between the drill holes is 1/2 of the component thickness, the depth approx. 3/4 of the component thickness. The holes are drilled at an angle of 45° to the center of the crack.

Processing
- Set injection packer for grouting.
- If necessary, seal crack areas between the packers with HADALAN MBH 12E or HADALAN SM 57DD.
- To create permanent waterproofing, post-injection with INTRASIT PU-Injekt 12P is required. For this purpose, INTRASIT PU-Injekt 12P is injected directly after injection by the same packers.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with HADALAN EPV 38L.
Notes
- Not suitable for creating force-fit connections. Use HADALAN MBH 12E for this purpose.
- Remove INTRASIT PU-Aquastop 11P in fresh condition with HADALAN EPV 38L.
- Observe WTA data sheets.
- INTRASIT PU-Aquastop 11P is used for quick, not permanent crack sealing. Therefore, inject cracks with INTRASIT PU-Injekt 12P.
- Do not apply below +5 °C.
