INTRASIT® IC 28OS is a solvent-free injection cream based on silane/siloxane with 80 % active ingredient content. The material is ready to use and can be injected directly into the drill channel. The material penetrates mineral building materials particularly quickly and deeply.ready-to-use

- The substrate must be firm, load-bearing, free of frost, dust, dirt and mortar residue.

- Laying a horizontal barrier using the drill hole method:
Drill holes at a distance of 12.5 cm (drill hole diameter 12 mm, drill hole depth corresponds to the wall thickness minus 2 cm). The drill holes can usually be drilled horizontally in the bed joint. - Blow out drill holes.
- Fill INTRASIT IC 28OS into the drill holes without cavities using the aluminum pipe press with injection attachment.
- After injection, seal the drill holes directly with INTRASIT RZ1 55HSP.
- Subsequent surface waterproofing must be applied at least 30 cm above and below the row of drill holes.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with water.
Notes
- Observe WTA data sheets, in particular WTA data sheet 4-10 "Injection procedure with certified injection materials against capillary moisture transport".
- The equilibrium moisture above the injection barrier can only set in the building material if there are no impermeable wall coverings and sufficient drying conditions in the treated rooms.
- Consider accompanying measures such as subsequent exterior or interior sealing and restoration plaster systems.
- Superficial discoloration may occur in the area of application.
