Properties
IMBERAL DAB LF 10S is a brush- and roller-applicable, single-component SMP liquid polymer that cures in contact with atmospheric moisture to form a permanently elastic, crack-bridging sealant. The material is solvent- and isocyanate-free, adheres to many substrates without additional priming, and is suitable without restriction for use on metals and many plastics as well as on mineral substrates.- ready-to-use

Properties/tests
- The substrate must be dry, sound, clean and free from substances that could impair adhesion.
Pretreatment
- Joints are sealed with HADALAN FC240 22S to prevent the product from seeping into cracks and joints.
- Fill larger uneven areas in the base with INTRASIT RZ1 55HSP.
- Stable mineral substrates can be painted directly without the need for an additional primer.
- Sand non-absorbent surfaces such as PVC window frames, metals, and non-ferrous metals until they are matte, and degrease them.
- Old bitumen, PU, and EP substrates must be pretreated with the HADALAN HV Uni 30DD primer. Coverage is approximately 50 ml/m². To apply, soak a cloth in the material and wipe it over the surface. Allow to flash off for approximately 20 minutes. Sand rigid coatings beforehand.
- In case of doubt and for undefined substrates, carry out a preliminary test.
- Please note that HADALAN HV Uni 30DD contains solvents.

- Open the container and stir briefly if necessary.
Processing
- Pre-coat the surface evenly with a brush or roller. Now lay the DAKORIT DV110 89V connecting fleece into the fresh layer.
- Apply the second coat immediately after the first, without waiting
- If the first waterproofing layer is not covered within 8 hours, or if it is exposed to rain, the DAKORIT HG bonding agent must be used to ensure reliable interlayer adhesion.
- During and after drying, the waterproofing layer must be protected from moisture and mechanical stress.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools after use with HADALAN EPV 38L. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Notes
- The product can be exposed to the elements without protection and is highly weather-resistant. However, if the waterproofing is subject to constant, daily mechanical stress, it is recommended that appropriate protection be applied. In basements, drainage boards and insulation materials are typically installed. The requirements of DIN 18533 for protective layers apply.
- Seal opened containers airtight and use quickly.
