Substrate

Properties/tests

• The substrate must be dry, clean, load-bearing and free of adhesion-reducing substances.

Pretreatment

• Joints are sealed with HADALAN FC240 22S to prevent the product from seeping into cracks and joints.
• Use HADALAN HV Uni 30DD as a primer for mineral and absorbent substrates. Consumption: approx. 150 ml/m², drying time: 20 minutes.
• For non-absorbent substrates such as metals, non-ferrous metals and plastics, the consumption is approx. 50 ml/m². The material is soaked in a cloth and wiped over the surface.
• The material can be applied to old bitumen without primer.
• In case of doubt and for undefined substrates, carry out a preliminary test.
• Please note that HADALAN HV Uni 30DD contains solvents.

Processing

• Carefully open the container at the edge so that it can be resealed if necessary.
• Pre-coat the surface evenly with a brush or roller. Now lay the DAKORIT DV110 89V connecting fleece into the fresh layer.
• The second coat can be applied fresh in fresh or only after drying. The surface can be loaded after drying.

Cleaning the tools

• Clean tools immediately after use with HADALAN EPV 38L.

Notes

• The product can be exposed to the elements without protection and is highly weather-resistant. However, if the waterproofing is subject to constant, daily mechanical stress, it is recommended that appropriate protection be applied. In basements, drainage boards and insulation materials are typically installed. The requirements of DIN 18533 for protective layers apply.
• Seal opened containers airtight and use quickly.
• Store on the "head".
