Processing

• Adhesive coating with HADALAN BM2K 12P on vertical surfaces:
  1. Mix HADALAN BM2K 12P in a separate container according to the application instructions.
  2. Now add the required quantity of HADALAN SM 57DD to the binder and mix.
  3. To activate the reaction, add the required quantity of HADALAN BSA 17DD and mix.
  4. Apply the finished mixture to the prepared surface using a roller.
  
  Consumption:
  HADALAN BM2K 12P: 2.0 kg
  HADALAN SM 57DD: 3.0 l
  HADALAN BSA 17DD: 80 g
  Adhesive layer requirement approx. 0.30 to 0.40 kg/m²
  
• Filler coating with HADALAN BM2K 12P on vertical surfaces
  1. Pour HADALAN MST 89M into a mixing vessel.
  2. Mix HADALAN BM2K 12P in a separate vessel according to the processing instructions.
  3. Add the homogeneously mixed HADALAN BM2K 12P binder to the HADALAN MST 89M marble stones and mix.
  4 Now add the required quantity of HADALAN SM 57DD setting agent to the mixture of marble stones and binder and mix.
  5 Now add the required quantity of HADALAN BSA 17DD to activate the reaction and mix.
  6. The finished mixture is worked into the fresh adhesive layer, compacted and leveled.
  7. Ensure uniform layer thickness when applying the material.
  8. Clean the equipment in the fresh state with HADALAN EPV 38L.
  9. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.

• Filler coating with HADALAN LF68 12P on vertical surfaces:
  1. Mixing the adhesive layer for vertical surfaces: Mix 1 part by volume of HADALAN LF68 12P with 2 parts by volume of HADALAN SM 57DD using a suitable mixer with LX stirrer until a stable paste is formed or mix a bottle of 1.25 kg HADALAN LF68 12P with 2.5 l HADALAN SM 57DD as described above. 2. Mix one bottle of 1.25 kg HADALAN LF68 12P with 2.5 l HADALAN SM 57DD as described above.
  2. Mixing the natural stone for vertical surfaces: Mix 25 kg HADALAN MST 89M and 1.25 kg HADALAN LF68 12P using a mixer with MK stirrer. Then mix in 2.5 l HADALAN SM 57DD until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  3. Apply the adhesive layer evenly.
  4. Fresh in fresh, the previously mixed HADALAN MST 89M is worked into the adhesive layer, compacted and leveled.
  5. Ensure uniform layer thickness when applying the material.
  6. Cleaning of appliances when fresh with HADALAN EPV 38L.
  7. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

  HADALAN LF68 12P: 1.25 kg
  HADALAN SM 57DD: 2.5 l
  Filler coating requirement approx. 10 kg/m²
  

Cleaning the tools

• Clean tools immediately after use with HADALAN EPV 38L.
• Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.

Notes

• Optically related areas must be prepared with material from the same production batch to prevent colour differences.
• Observe the technical data sheets of the system products used.
• The processing time is shortened by the addition of the setting agent.
• Be careful when filling. The material is very light and is quickly dispersed by the wind.
