Properties
HADALAN® MST 89M are lightfast, abrasion-resistant stone fractions for the production of sophisticated floor coverings. A special surface treatment of the stones breaks up corners and edges, making them particularly easy to work with.- light-fast

Properties/tests
- The substrate must be stable, surface-dry and free of dirt, dust, cleaning agent residues or other separating substances.
- There is a risk of condensation forming on the substrate surface in the event of significant temperature changes in conjunction with increased humidity. The substrate must be completely dry before starting the coating work. Otherwise, coating damp surfaces may result in peeling or irritation of the material surface.
Processing
Mixing / Preparation / Processing
- HADALAN MST 89M is mixed with 3.5 – 7 % binder depending on the area of application. If necessary, carry out preliminary tests.
Processing
- The mixed filler mixture is spread evenly over the prepared surface and homogeneously leveled and compacted with a smoothing trowel.
- Please also refer to the processing instructions "Renovation, coating and decorative design with HADALAN PUR liquid plastics".
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with HADALAN EPV 38L.
- Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Notes
- When applying and processing system products, the relevant technical data sheets must be observed.
- For further information, please refer to the processing instructions "Renovation, coating and decorative design with HADALAN® PUR liquid plastics".
- Optically related areas must be prepared with material from the same production batch to prevent colour differences.
- When laying, ensure that the drainage level has a sufficient gradient so that the natural stone covering can drain properly and no puddles form.
