Properties/tests

• The substrate must be stable, surface-dry and free of dirt, dust, cleaning agent residues or other separating substances.
• There is a risk of condensation forming on the substrate surface in the event of significant temperature changes in conjunction with increased humidity. The substrate must be completely dry before starting the coating work. Otherwise, coating damp surfaces may result in peeling or irritation of the material surface.
• In the event of strong temperature changes, in connection with increased humidity, there is a risk of condensation forming on the substrate surface.

Pretreatment

• Sand and degrease metals and plastics before priming.

• The product is ready to use.

Processing

• HADALAN HV Uni 30DD is applied evenly and thinly to the surface with a lint-free cloth. The use of a solvent-resistant short pile roller is recommended for large-area application.
• After use, immediately close any remaining containers tightly.

Subsequent coating / Suitability for coating

• After approx. 20 minutes, at the latest after 6 hours, the coating can be applied with the respective PUR system.

Notes

• Maintain a processing temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
• The substrate to be coated must be dry.
• Observe the coating distances.
• Observe the consumption specifications. Overdosing leads to blistering and detachment of the top coat.
• Carry out adhesion tests on unknown substrates.
• The substrate temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point temperature during application and curing.
• HADALAN HV Uni 30DD is non-film-forming and pore-closing.
