Properties/tests

• The substrate must be stable, surface-dry and free of dirt, dust, cleaning agent residues or other separating substances.
• There is a risk of condensation forming on the substrate surface in the event of significant temperature changes in conjunction with increased humidity. The substrate must be completely dry before starting the coating work. Otherwise, coating damp surfaces may result in peeling or irritation of the material surface.

• Bedding layer with HADALAN MBH 12E: Apply HADALAN MBH 12E as an adhesive layer with approx. 0.3 kg/m². Sprinkle HADALAN DQ0308 89M in excess directly into the fresh adhesive layer, approx. 3 kg/m². After drying, sweep or vacuum off any unbound quartz. Then seal with HADALAN MBH 12E using a mohair roller with approx. 0.5 kg/m².
• Scatter coating with HADALAN PUR Top 32P transparent: Apply HADALAN PUR Top 32P transparent as an adhesive layer with approx. 0.3 kg/m². Sprinkle HADALAN DQ0308 89M in excess directly into the fresh adhesive layer, approx. 3 kg/m². After drying, sweep or vacuum off any unbound quartz. Then seal with HADALAN PUR Top 32P transparent using a mohair roller with approx. 0.5 kg/m².

• Optically related areas must be prepared with material from the same production batch to prevent colour differences.
