Processing

Processing

• To color the coating, the color pigment HADALAN ColourPowder is stirred into component A (resin) using a suitable stirrer (DLX or LX stirrer) without leaving streaks. The entire component B (hardener) is then added to component A (resin) and mixed homogeneously.

Notes

• Observe the technical data sheets of the system products used.
• The colour shades indicated are approximate colour shades that do not correspond to the exact RAL standard shades.
• The color effect is influenced by the addition of fillers, create sample areas if necessary.
• Only complete and uniform container units should be used for uni-colored surfaces. Partial quantities can lead to color deviations.
• Changing the container units on the surface can lead to color differences.
• Maintain a processing temperature of +10 °C to +30 °C.
• With coating systems that can be applied by hand traces of application may remain visible This applies in particular to grazing light or larger contiguous areas, create a sample area if necessary.
• To maintain the surface quality of the coating, the use of care products and regular cleaning of the floors is recommended (see HADALAN epoxy resin flooring care instructions).
• Abrasive loads lead to white cracking on the surface.
