- Processing on vertical surfaces:
Add HADALAN BSA 17DD to the mixed HADALAN BM2K 12P binder and mix with a slow-running agitator (400 – 600 rpm). - Processing with HADALAN MST 89M 2-4 mm:
Mixing the adhesive layer for vertical surfaces, mix 1 part by volume of HADALAN BM2K 12P with 2 parts by volume of HADALAN SM 57DD using a drill and stirring basket until a stable paste is formed.
Mixing the natural stone Mix 25 kg of HADALAN MST 89M with 1.25 kg of HADALAN BM2K 12P. Then mix in 2.5 l HADALAN SM 57DD until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Apply the adhesive layer using an epoxy roller. Observe material consumption of max. 0.4 kg. - Fresh in fresh, the previously mixed HADALAN MST 89M is worked into the adhesive layer, compacted and leveled.
- Ensure a uniform layer thickness when applying the material.
Cleaning the tools
- Clean tools immediately after use with HADALAN EPV 38L.
- Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Notes
- If HADALAN BSA 17DD is used without the addition of HADALAN SM 57DD, processing of the natural stone levelling compound may be difficult or impossible due to the considerable acceleration of the reaction.
