Substrate

Properties/tests

• The substrate must be dry, sound, clean and free from substances that could impair adhesion.

Pretreatment

• Close larger cracks with DAKORIT ES 40B. Weld open overlap joints of bitumen sheets or bond with DAKORIT ES 40B. For foil roofs, check compatibility beforehand.
• Prime absorbent, mineral substrates with DAKORIT PUR1K 30P diluted 2 : 1 with HADALAN EPV 38L. Alternatively, absorbent substrates can be primed with HADALAN HV Uni 30DD. The coating can be applied after a flash-off time of 20 minutes.
• The following sheet materials must be pretreated with HADALAN HV Uni 30DD before starting the coating work: EVALON, VAE PLAN Type F, Ammann Type CB-1.8 mm TPO-E-GV, Saar Gummiwerke SG tan, FDT Repanol fK
• The following sheet materials must be pretreated with DAKORIT HG1 31H before starting the coating work: FDT Rhenofol CG, Sika SLP-15 G, FDT Rhepanol f, Bauder FPO T-SV 15, Bauder Thermofol D 15, Sarnafil T, RESITRIX SK, –SK P, –SK W, –MB, –CL, Sintofil TOP, Firestone RubberGard
• A preliminary test is recommended for substrates not listed in detail. Please speak to our application technology department.

Processing

Processing

• Stir the material briefly before use.
• Flashings, coping strips, penetrations and covers made of metal (iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or zinc sheets) as well as various plastics are primed with HADALAN HV Uni 30DD adhesion promoter (see technical data sheet) before coating. The coating can be applied after a flash-off time of 20 minutes.
• Pre-spread approx. 1.5 kg/m² DAKORIT PUR1K 30P in sheets using a rubber wiper and roll evenly with fur rollers. Please ensure that there is sufficient material for the subsequent fleece embedding.
• The DAKORIT DV110 89V is laid into the fresh coating without creases. The overlap of the fleece sheets should be at least 5 cm. To protect against rain or condensing humidity, the fleece should be rolled over thinly immediately after installation.
• After the first coat has dried, the final coat is applied. Approx. 1.5 kg/m² DAKORIT PUR1K 30P is applied again. Alternatively, the second layer can also be applied fresh in fresh. In this case, ensure that the consumption quantities are observed.

Cleaning the tools

• Clean tools after use with HADALAN EPV 38L. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.

Notes

• Care and maintenance measures are required to preserve the roof waterproofing. It is recommended that the roof surfaces are cleaned regularly and repaired if necessary (see DIN 18531-4).
  The liquid foil can be exposed to the weather. Surface protection with chippings, gravel or similar is not required.
  Overlays or layers that prevent the roof from dewatering are not permitted.
  Balconies, terraces and arcades must be coated with HADALAN MST 89M to protect the waterproofing from damage.
  When waterproofing under pedestals (no concrete bags), it must be ensured that the waterproofing is not damaged and that the water can drain away.
• Maintain a processing temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
• This product must be protected from rain during the drying phase.
• This product is not suitable as a waterproofing under extensive greenery.
• Do not use in condensing humidity.
• Resealed containers only have a limited shelf life.
• DAKORIT PUR1K 30P contains solvents which may cause unpleasant odors during application and until completely dry.
• Take suitable protective measures.
