Properties/tests

• The substrate must be stable, surface-dry and free of dirt, dust, cleaning agent residues or other separating substances.
• There is a risk of condensation forming on the substrate surface in the event of significant temperature changes in conjunction with increased humidity. This film of water must be completely dry before starting the coating work.

Pretreatment

• The following sheet materials must be pretreated with DAKORIT HG1 31H before starting the coating work: FDT Rhenofol CG, Sika SLP-15 G, FDT Rhepanol f, Bauder FPO T-SV 15, Bauder Thermofol D 15, Sarnafil T, RESITRIX SK, –SK P, –SK W, –MB, –CL, Sintofil TOP, Firestone RubberGard

Processing

Processing

• DAKORIT HG1 31H is ready to use. The product is spread evenly and thinly over the surface using a lint-free cloth. For large areas, the material can also be applied with a roller. Any excess must be removed immediately with a lint-free cloth. Ensure that the material is applied evenly and that the consumption quantities are adhered to.
• After use, immediately close any remaining containers tightly.

Drying / Hardening

• After drying (usually after 10 to 20 minutes), DAKORIT PUR 1K 30P can be applied.

Cleaning the tools

• Clean tools immediately after use with water.

Notes

• Maintain a processing temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
• The substrate to be coated must be surface dry.
• It is essential to observe the application distances for multi-layer coatings.
• Close the container airtight after use.
• Comply with consumption specifications.
• The relative humidity must not exceed 80%. The substrate temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point temperature.
