Properties/tests

• The substrate must be impermeable to water, free of gravel pockets, cracks and ice.

Pretreatment

• Standing water, cement slurry, dust and other substances that reduce adhesion must be removed.

Processing

Processing

• Cut off the tip of the cartridge and pierce the inner sealing film.
• The amount of material required depends, among other things, on the type of application and the condition of the substrate.
• One cartridge is sufficient for approx. 5 – 7 running meters for fixing ADEKA expansion joint tapes. P-201 must cure for at least 24 hours before concreting.
• Store opened cartridge with protruding paste. Remove hardened material from the tip of the cartridge before reuse.
• The overlap of the P-201 must be at least 10 cm.

Cleaning the tools

• Clean tools immediately after use with water.

Notes

• Maintain a processing temperature of +5 °C to +35 °C.
• Observe a curing time of approx. 1 mm per 24 hours.
• In the case of large swelling tape cross-sections, it may be necessary to secure the bond mechanically.
• Ensure sufficient coverage.
